PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The 5C’s OSHA 10 - Hours Construction Industry Training Program is designed to provide an entry-level general awareness of a construction worker and focusing on teaching students how to recognize and prevent hazards on a construction work site.

COURSE OVERVIEW
Occupational Courses
Mandatory 7 - hours
a. Introduction to OSHA- 2 - hours
b. OSHA Focus four Hazards: 4 - hours

Electrocution

Struck by (Falling Objects, Trucks, and Cranes)

Caught - in or Between (Trench Hazards and Equipment)
c. Personal Protective and Lifesaving Equipment: 30 - minutes
d. Health Hazard in Construction: 30 - minutes
Elective 3 - hours
Must present at least two - hours of training on the following topics:
a. Tools Hand and Power
b. Scaffolds
c. Stairways and Ladders
d. Materials Handling, Storage, Use and Disposal
